Media is warmly welcomed to cover the Helsinki Security Forum (HSF) on-site. Accredited journalists have the opportunity to interview speakers and take photos at designated locations at the conference location, but do not have access to the conference area. In-person attendance at the HSF sessions is for invited guests only, but the main sessions will be live streamed.
For all interview requests with the speakers, please contact us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The deadline to apply for media accreditation is Tuesday 27 September 2022.
The final decision on all applications for media accreditation rests with the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA). FIIA will confirm the accreditation by email. To receive their press badge, journalists need to show a valid national ID (passport or ID card) and a valid national press card (or accreditation letter from a recognised media organisation).
Throughout the conference, official photographs taken by HSF will be made available for use by the public. They can be found on our Flickr channel.
