Helsinki Security Forum 2026 explores the new security setting and the future of Europe in a rapidly changing and increasingly turbulent world. The new strategic era challenges Europe, and Finland, to step up its agency in a world defined by uncertainty and competition.
The discussions of the conference will focus on European security and defence cooperation, transatlantic relations, technological sovereignty, defence innovation, energy and climate stability, nuclear deterrence, and Russia's role in the European security landscape. These discussions reflect the interconnected layers that shape Europe’s security and resilience.
