Esa Rautalinko has been the President and CEO of Patria Plc since 2019. Prior to assuming this position, Rautalinko gained extensive experience in leadership in domestic and international companies, serving as President and CEO of Örum Oy, Vaasan Group, Honkarakenne Plc and TeliaSonera Plc. Rautalinko also serves on the board of a number of companies, including as Chairman at Millog Group, Vr Group and Aerospace and Defence Industry Finland.

Patria is an international provider of defence, security and aviation life cycle support services, pilot training and technology solutions.
Patria provides its aerospace and military customers with equipment availability, continuous performance development as well as selected intelligence, surveillance and management system products and services. Patria Group consists of the parent company, Patria Oyj, and its subsidiaries.
